Absolutely wonderful experience—highly recommend! This was my first time having my home professionally cleaned, as I usually clean very meticulously myself. THIS IS A SCAM. We used this company for our move-in cleaning. We didn't have any furniture so it wasn't too difficult for them to cleaning my house. They initially quoted for $660 and told me that it would be much less. In fact, they charged me with $800 for "overtime". They were VERY SLOW in cleaning to make it overtime. The scheduling was easy, the staff was nice. However, they missed a lot. The dusted around items in my bedroom and kitchen counters (that could easily be pushed to the side). They splashed a solution on the floors (my house is all tile) and used something that looked like a squeegee to clean it. I had to go back after and re-mop the entire house because I still saw splash marks and it looked smeared. The toilets were not wiped down on the outside, especially the fronts. I have a black light. Maid Brigade of Prosper works wonders in my home every time they visit. They always leave my house spotless. The team is professional, friendly, and wonderful with my pets. Despite having a medium-sized dog that sheds a lot, my home is always impeccably clean after their visit. I highly recommend their services—100%!
