Maid Brigade of Prosper works wonders in my home every time they visit. They always leave my house spotless. The team is professional, friendly, and wonderful with my pets. Despite having a medium-sized dog that sheds a lot, my home is always impeccably clean after their visit. I highly recommend their services—100%! Fast service, good communication, flexible schedule, and quality work. They came to clean a home for sale. We had another company out before them (Busy Bees) who simply took our money and ghosted us. Maid Brigade saved the day!
I am so thankful for the team at Maid Brigade! I needed someone to clean just my two bathrooms and they did an incredible job—very affordable, quick to schedule, friendly, professional, and extremely thorough! So thankful!
The scheduling was easy, the staff was nice. However, they missed a lot. The dusted around items in my bedroom and kitchen counters (that could easily be pushed to the side). They splashed a solution on the floors (my house is all tile) and used something that looked like a squeegee to clean it. I had to go back after and re-mop the entire house because I still saw splash marks and it looked smeared. The toilets were not wiped down on the outside, especially the fronts. I have a black light.
