Maid Brigade of Prosper works wonders in my home every time they visit. They always leave my house spotless. The team is professional, friendly, and wonderful with my pets. Despite having a medium-sized dog that sheds a lot, my home is always impeccably clean after their visit. I highly recommend their services—100%! Special thanks to Joy, Mercedes, and Cisceley for their speedy and efficient work.
The scheduling was easy, the staff was nice. However, they missed a lot. The dusted around items in my bedroom and kitchen counters (that could easily be pushed to the side). They splashed a solution on the floors (my house is all tile) and used something that looked like a squeegee to clean it. I had to go back after and re-mop the entire house because I still saw splash marks and it looked smeared. The toilets were not wiped down on the outside, especially the fronts. I have a black light. We have used Maid Brigade for a few months now and have no complaints! Communication is excellent. We are notified prior to their arrival and they show up on time. The women are friendly, professional, efficient, and respectful. They do a great job!
