When speaking with the customer and giving her a quote, with the size of the home the estimate was 180. We send out 2 or 3 ladies when we clean. We let the customer know that if we need more time we would call them and let them know if we needed more time. When quoted she was told 2 ladies for an hour an half. The day we cleaned her the team had three ladies. So instead of 2 ladies for an hour and half it was 3 ladies for one hour.
