There was soooooo many ways that they could improve. They were late, then within a few moments of arriving, told me that it would be extra time and more money. I watched as one person walked around on her phone, they spoke in Spanish and laughing the whole time. counters were still dirty, nothing was dusted, and I was highly disappointed. never again
Was satisfied with my initial phone consult, but they just didn't deliver 100% satisfaction. I called once while the "staff" was on sight due to a communication issue, then again after services. No return phone call until I called again, and the result? Nothing. Too many details to go through but I wouldn't recommend Maid Brigade.
