It has been an absolutely horrendous experience working with this company over the last 5 months. We have given MaidPro ample opportunity to correct their issues and they still left us disappointed. Cleaning quality was suboptimal at best. A number of cleans were left without any of the carpets being vacuumed and bathrooms looking worse off than when we left one. Our home has been using MaidPro for over a year now and we are very pleased with their professionalism yet with a personal touch. When we were unable to reach out to them, they reached out to us and bent over backward to help us when we were experiencing grave difficulty. UPDATE: The owner contacted me and did an investigation. The company refunded me $50 for the inconvenience. Overall experience is a 3/5 stars. It is hard for me to say if I recommend the company, however, if you do use the company, you should check the work after the service and contact the company right away if you have any problem which I believe they will try to make it work. I hired Maid Pro to clean my EMPTY house when I moved. They did such a bad job I had to pay someone else to come in and clean. They didn't touch ceiling fans, the didn't even lift throw rugs to sweep under them. The didn't clean windows or mirrors. They didn't clean the walls or baseboards. I wouldn't hire this company to clean my shoe! Customer service wouldn't even return my call when I called to complain. Don't waste your money with this company!
MaidPro has been a huge help in keeping our family’s place clean. We don’t always have the same person, but everyone that has come does a great job and is very nice.
