We had them do a deep clean of our house. I had them do the living room, kitchen, and two bathrooms. Bathroom 1 they left powdered cleaner all over the floor after they dropped their stuff. Kitchen the floors still had stuff everywhere. There was a little trash on one of the floors and this was swept under furniture. I paid extra for a deep clean and I barely got anything for it. Absolutely would not recommend as I never got a call back from the company.

I used maidpro for two years. My original cleaner was amazing and did an excellent job. After she left, it was a different cleaner every week and it was never done properly. I cancelled the service in August 2023. And now 11 months later they've randomly started charging me again. I wouldn't trust this service or if you sign up expect that they will continue charging you or keep your credit card info to randomly charge you.

Annie-Demi did a great job today. It was there first visit with us. To start they asked questions and listened to our needs. They did a great job. We were more than happy.

If you’re considering hiring these folks - just do it! Setting up a monthly cleaning has exponentially improved our lives. They are understanding and flexible and they are non-judgmental. When we had to take a break for a few months their absence was super noticeable and we were counting down to the days until we could have them back. That day was yesterday and the relief I feel walking through my sparkling home is palpable. Thanks y’all!

I hired Maid Pro to perform a deep clean for my elderly uncle who has mobility issues. Granted an extensive cleaning needed to be done, but they half cleaned everything and didn’t even clean the kitchen sink or countertop. An inch of dust was left on the door casings and the bathroom was not cleaned well. The kitchen and bathroom still were not properly cleaned after a revisit. This is a very small home as well around 700 square feet. $720 later we are left to clean the rest. Complete rip off! Do not recommend!
