This organization is fantastic! Starting with the individuals who come to do the cleaning. The first time a new person comes they are always accompanied by another MaidPro expert who already knows about my particular home and how to consistently do things MY way. Cleaners arrive promptly and were very thorough. The office manager accompanied them the first couple of times. Since I do not like aerosols they gladly used the products I provided. They were flexible with rescheduling when I was ill.
Hands down one of the best cleaning services out there! The team was Very Detailed, Respectful, Professional and easy to communicate with for beginning to end! I would HIGHLY recommend them for ALL your cleaning needs!

I called to book with MaidPro, and they were so friendly and responsive when I was trying to secure them. As soon as I booked them, they became unresponsive. I emailed a person who communicated with me when I booked their service, but I emailed him later to reschedule, but they were not responsive. I had to call for me to reschedule my service.
