This was our first time using MaidPro. I needed something for my mom who lives a distance from us. From the beginning Lawanda the owner was very pleasant and responsive. She met my mom both in the beginning and end of the cleaning. She said the cleaners Amos and Darron were very pleasant and thorough. Off to a great start!

This organization is fantastic! Starting with the individuals who come to do the cleaning. The first time a new person comes they are always accompanied by another MaidPro expert who already knows about my particular home and how to consistently do things MY way. Access to management by phone or online is excellent and very professional. The cleanings are quick and focused on what I would normally find to be the hardest part of keeping my home clean. I had a housekeeper for 28 years who retired and left me scrambling to find someone who I could trust and do an amazing job. After a lot of research I came across Maidpro and am very happy and pleased with the service, pricing and work they do. Ebony was great! I have been using Maidpro for a while now (we have them come in once a month for a thorough clean), and am very pleased with the service. They are always communicative regarding appointments and are receptive to any changes in schedule. The roster of cleaners right now is very strong. We had Ebony come in to clean a few times now and she has done a fantastic job! She follows all of our notes and makes sure everything on the checklist is completed, and done well. I would definitely recommend.
