MaidPro did a great job on their first visit! Extremely professional, high-quality cleaning job. They even took out all the trash! I am more than pleased and look forward to their return :)
MaidPro is amazing! They are incredible thorough, courteous, and very responsive. They pay attention to details and work efficiently. I am very impressed with their customer service and how well organized they are. If you are looking to hire a cleaning service I highly recommend them!
Paid for a "full cleaning" where the maid only dusted the countertops. Lots of marketing hype that fails to show up in the real services delivered. Very poor value and they try to lock you in for a service agreement period. Oh and there's a $50 cancellation fee... Don't get locked into a poor quality service.
MaidPro has professional and friendly office staff AND housekeepers. I am impressed by their reliability and thorough cleaning. They are also very trustworthy. I happily report that they abated my fears of using a service!
Hiring Maid Pro to clean our home was one of the best decisions we have made as a family, with everything going on it’s hard to find the time to clean up around the house, with work, kids doing online school, and meetings we couldn’t find the time to get around to it.
