The staff working there are very friendly, helpful and professional!! They make you feel at home! If everything is going well with the pregnancy, you won't always see the doc's, but the ultrasound tech will let you know if everything is going well. I always had a great visit to there while pregnant! :) All the nursing, and ultrasound staff are very kind and caring! Especially nurse Meghan and Hailey! The place is always clean, friendly and set up to make you feel at ease!!
Absolutely a waste of time. Baby had a tiny mass and they wanted me to come in every weeek for monitoring. Just fear mongering Dr wanting money and could do nothing about it the whole time. Realistically if something goes wrong all they can offer is abortion . Never will I have another ultrasound including next pregnancy
I had my anatomy scan schedule for 8:15a. I arrived at 8:05, amount 10min early and was not taken back until 8:45. The only excuse I was provided was “he has to clean the room”. No apology at all. Also, I work in health care and it doesn’t not take 30min to clean a room after a patient is finished. I have been to this center 4 times and have had to wait about 10-15min with the first two visits. I was originally referred here for my scans and due to being pre- diabetic. I thought I would get the same level of care I receive from my other doctors & OBGYN since they are all connected. The techs I have interacted with so far have been great. The front desk staff have been inconsistent. Sometimes they seem kind and helpful other times they seem to want to be anywhere else. Very disappointed with our tech and entire 20 week ultrasound experience. There was little to no feedback on anything that we were seeing and asking, the TV stretched the images and was small. Even though we are grateful that everything was good, the doctor didn’t even come in to see us, which is unprofessional IMO.
