I had my anatomy scan schedule for 8:15a. I arrived at 8:05, amount 10min early and was not taken back until 8:45. The only excuse I was provided was “he has to clean the room”. No apology at all. Also, I work in health care and it doesn’t not take 30min to clean a room after a patient is finished. I have been to this center 4 times and have had to wait about 10-15min with the first two visits. I wish I could give 0 stars! Scheduled my anatomy scan a month ago and wasn’t told until a week before my appointment that they can’t take me since I’m not high risk due to my insurance. I even told the scheduler my insurance and all seemed to be perfect. So frustrating when I’m due for this appointment like now and will likely have to wait a few more weeks somewhere else!
Very disappointed with our tech and entire 20 week ultrasound experience. There was little to no feedback on anything that we were seeing and asking, the TV stretched the images and was small. Even though we are grateful that everything was good, the doctor didn’t even come in to see us, which is unprofessional IMO.
I have been here twice now and my biggest takeaway was that no one is particularly happy about what they do and the fact that they work there… I can see how working behind a desk or at an ultra sound station can get boring maybe after so many years but it doesn’t mean that you can’t exhibit some level of excitement or joy in helping people as they go through their pregnancy. I love coming here. The front office staff are friendly and efficient at their jobs. The ultrasound tech, Katie is so thorough and makes you feel at ease. And the Phlebotomist Lianne. (Spelling?) is amazing!! She’s so good at her job and you can tell she cares about her patients and will go above and beyond (like working later to accommodate a time that works for you)! Overall a great place to go!
