I wish there was a negative star rating!!! These ppl are the worst!!! If you care about your loved ones DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE!!! My grandma was taken here and had her belongings taken... when I arrived she was only hooked to o2 when she is on a feeding tube and supposed to get antibiotics as well... all it did was sit there... I waited by her side for over 3hrs and no one came in to check on her!!! I don't know how this place is in business!!! Especially being in carmel indiana of all places!!! If i could put zero stars i would. I read positive reviews but my experience with this particular facility was the worst. First they have staff at nursing station on 2nd floor with an attitude who does not like people asking questions. My mom has Alzheimer’s and they acted as if she annoyed them. They lost her clothes I brought. She fell and they did not take her to hospital to get checked. I am so pleased that I chose Majestic Care for my sister. The staff of the Long Term, Skilled Nursing unit was so kind and empathetic and respectful of all the residents. The management stresses that staff "Lead with Love," and that is what impressed me most. It's a clean, cheerful facility, with an impressive list of appropriate group activities for residents to enjoy. The dedication of the nursing staff was extraordinary.
My Dad is on the skilled nursing side and has been there for 4 years. All the staff are great and we're treated like family. The facility has been updated inside and out and looks fantastic compared to when pops first got there. The marketing Director Nikki is AWESOME!!!
This is a great place, rehab facilities and therapist are phenomenal. My cousin was very bad shape when she arrived here and thanks to the support and care from the employees she has done a 360° turn around. She is now up and walking around with a cane and do things on her own. The cleanliness of the facilities is well kept and the staff is very friendly. I will definitely recommend this facility.
