My dad has been a resident at Majestic Care of Carmel for just over one year. He is on the skilled nursing floor. The best person in the facility is Donna McKinney Activities Director. She sincerely cares about each resident and plans activities to enrich and fulfill the day to day lives of the residents. She has a special gift and loving heart, she needs to be cloned! I surprised myself when saying that I enjoyed my rehab here at Majestic Care of Carmel.. I have gotten along wonderfully with all the staff have been great! The 2 main therapist that I had the please of working with, Whitney and Bea were excellent in their field and went over and beyond their duty to help me and the management was wonderful also.. but mainly working with T’nea directly who is the assistant general manager was great. I seldom write reviews, but I couldn’t help myself but to do so regarding Jodi Schrader, the Marketing Director at Majestic Care. She has been extremely instrumental with keeping my father happy and managing him during challenging times. She is caring, well-trained, compassionate and full of humor and good cheer. She treats my father like a family member and goes above and beyond to make him comfortable at the facility. We can’t begin to express our gratitude to Jodi Schrader(marketing director) & the entire staff of Majestic. We are confident our mom is safe & cared for as if she was a member of the staffs own family. Jodi Schraeder has been incredible in assisting my parents and me. She was always thinking about the best ways to help us find the appropriate living situation.
