My Dad is on the skilled nursing side and has been there for 4 years. All the staff are great and we're treated like family. The facility has been updated inside and out and looks fantastic compared to when pops first got there. The marketing Director Nikki is AWESOME!!!
My sister has been here for the last year and 1/2. It took some time for her to feel like it’s home but now she calls it her “happy place” The staff is exceptional! John, the executive director, Jodi, Nikki and others always help my sister when needed. And are available for my questions. I am grateful Donna found her home and feels respected and loved.
My family member absolutely loves it at this facility. It is super clean no smells. Management and staff are so helpful in answering any questions that we have in regards to Care would highly recommend this facility
My dad has been a resident at Majestic Care of Carmel for just over one year. He is on the skilled nursing floor. The best person in the facility is Donna McKinney Activities Director. She sincerely cares about each resident and plans activities to enrich and fulfill the day to day lives of the residents. She has a special gift and loving heart, she needs to be cloned! I surprised myself when saying that I enjoyed my rehab here at Majestic Care of Carmel.. I have gotten along wonderfully with all the staff have been great! The 2 main therapist that I had the please of working with, Whitney and Bea were excellent in their field and went over and beyond their duty to help me and the management was wonderful also.. but mainly working with T’nea directly who is the assistant general manager was great.
