I am so pleased that I chose Majestic Care for my sister. The staff of the Long Term, Skilled Nursing unit was so kind and empathetic and respectful of all the residents. The management stresses that staff "Lead with Love," and that is what impressed me most. It's a clean, cheerful facility, with an impressive list of appropriate group activities for residents to enjoy. The dedication of the nursing staff was extraordinary.
I am a resident in the long term skilled nursing section. All the staff takes care of me like family, the food is pretty good and I get to play poker! I do all my rehab here and that team is amazing. Have helped me thru a broken arm and hip. The marketing director Nikki is a sweet heart who checks on me every day! 100% recommend Majestic Care of Carmel!!!!
This is a great place, rehab facilities and therapist are phenomenal. My cousin was very bad shape when she arrived here and thanks to the support and care from the employees she has done a 360° turn around. She is now up and walking around with a cane and do things on her own. The cleanliness of the facilities is well kept and the staff is very friendly. I will definitely recommend this facility.
My Dad is on the skilled nursing side and has been there for 4 years. All the staff are great and we're treated like family. The facility has been updated inside and out and looks fantastic compared to when pops first got there. The marketing Director Nikki is AWESOME!!!
My sister has been here for the last year and 1/2. It took some time for her to feel like it’s home but now she calls it her “happy place” The staff is exceptional! John, the executive director, Jodi, Nikki and others always help my sister when needed. And are available for my questions. I am grateful Donna found her home and feels respected and loved.
