I recently delivered food to Majestic Care as a DoorDash driver, and my experience was disappointing and unprofessional. When I arrived, the front desk staff member with curly hair seemed visibly bothered that she had to receive food on behalf of her coworker. After handing over the order, I went to exit and lightly pushed on the door, unaware that it needed to be unlocked from her side. The CNAs act bothered to do their jobs, they leave patients sitting for hours wet, they always give dirty looks to outsiders and I had a cna steal money from me but bc I couldn’t prove I had money nothing was done. This is prob of the worst nursing homes in Terre Haute.

The staff was horrible to my grandmother, we have made numerous complaints about how they treated her and the neglect she dealt with there. They refused to contact us when it came to her or her health. When trying to contact them we were often ignored or was told people weren't available.

My mother was placed in hospice at this facility. No one wants to be in hospice, but they made things so good for her. Dayna is an absolute angel. Theresa was very helpful in arranging everything for her departure to fly to my home in another state. They helped pack her up, they helped her get into an uber. They quickly became friends and were so kind and caring. I cannot give them enough stars. Thank you so much for everything you have done for my mother. 🥹

My mom was in this place,the place is ok but nothing really spectacular, mom liked some of the CNA people,but my opinion is that when you go to a and you have state insurance you stay so many days what is it 100 days like my mom did the first time around and she was there only for 38 days and she was out for 6 months and then went back there,my opinion is that when someone goes back to a nursing facility short-term there 100 days should automatically start over not a continuation from the day they left there so how is majest... read more
