My mother was placed in hospice at this facility. No one wants to be in hospice, but they made things so good for her. Dayna is an absolute angel. Theresa was very helpful in arranging everything for her departure to fly to my home in another state. They helped pack her up, they helped her get into an uber. They quickly became friends and were so kind and caring. I cannot give them enough stars. Thank you so much for everything you have done for my mother. 🥹

The CNAs act bothered to do their jobs, they leave patients sitting for hours wet, they always give dirty looks to outsiders and I had a cna steal money from me but bc I couldn’t prove I had money nothing was done. This is prob of the worst nursing homes in Terre Haute.

I have had my mother in this facility 5 times up to this point and this being the 5th time she has had to have rehab. The staff in this facility are exceptional and very caring toward my mom. We have had some minor issues this visit but all were resolved. I would highly recommend this place to others. The staff from the top down listen well and seem to care for their residents as if they were their own families. The ED is amazing she comes in after hours to deal with issues or see that issues are resolved immediately!!

My father was there for quit awhile. Although there was new staff with any job I did see come consistent staff that has been there since dad was there. The one that sticks out the most when I was there to visit dad was this big dude and I think his name was Brandon, He was always there working, running around, but always took time to say hello and took very good care of dad and his personality and attitude towards other patients is amazing. The staff was horrible to my grandmother, we have made numerous complaints about how they treated her and the neglect she dealt with there. They refused to contact us when it came to her or her health. When trying to contact them we were often ignored or was told people weren't available.
