As a referral partner, I have had the pleasure of working with the Social Workers at Majestic. They have always been very professional and attentive. Liz is so sweet, friendly and welcoming as she walked me through her building. I couldn’t help but notice a lot of improvements that are being done to the building. It looks very bright and cheerful. The rooms were big, clean and spacious. The Nurses behind the desk were kind and welcoming. The therapy room looked amazing. They are doing great things there!

The nurses are very caring and I guess when you get my age you gotta get used To the cuckoo's nest just kidding, but I have become healthier by being here. I've had much grace and I just appreciate it all that food needs so much work. I highly recommend them buying a mini fridge, but it is much more like family and friends than any of the other nursing home. I toured Majestic Care Of Lafayette today and they have made so many great changes. They have a new dialysis den, that has 20 chairs in it. They are able to take AKI and ESRD. The den has the newest and best equipment I’ve ever seen. The Admissions director, Liz, gave me the tour. She’s so good with her residence, knowing all of their names and making sure to spread a smile on each person we ran into. Lafayette is lucky to have this resource for anyone that is in need of care, but especially for dialysis folks.

Wish I could give it a 0. They act like they care but they don't. They found a bed bug on her mat and had to quarantine her room and EVERYTHING I JUST BROUGHT TO HER for 3 days. They skipped her meals, they skipped her dialysis, they discharged her (at my mom's request with everything set up at my house for 24 hours care) she was sent right back to the hospital 12 hours later and passed away at 57 because of pneumonia and septic shock. They took an hr to answer call light, they weren't trying to help her when she was puking ... read more

My care here has been wonderful from the aides to management. My special side is Caity. She goes above and beyond. Not only does she work but goes to school to become a RN. She will. Be great. Recently she colored my hair and braided it to help me feel more like my old self. Thank you Caity and good luck.
