When we walked into the building 2 minutes I knew it wasn't for my wife yelling and screaming it was like an institution for the mental even the staff would yell down the hallway my wife needed a place to rest in peace and how they have a five-star rating I do not know I took her out the next day and took her to Greenfield healthcare center wow what a place very nice own room she didn't have to share a room the room is twice the size of the room that she was in with two beds you couldn't hear the TV because of the yelling in... read more
Sister came from skilled facility in IL that neglected their patients and had them on heavy meds. Majestic Care has staff that is willing to jump in and play cards or take walks with the residents, along with taking actual care of their needs. Clean, friendly, peaceful atmosphere - it's what a skilled facility should be!
My mom is currently at this facility and it’s been a wonderful experience. Everyone is so helpful if I have questions or need anything at all. I love that they do their special events for the residents family members to enjoy together! Most of all they offer activities and get the residents out and about doing things!
I am very pleased that I chose Majestic Care. Their commitment to client care and integrity of their staff make families of loved ones completely at ease knowing that they are being looked after the way a family member would look after them. In essence, I am happy to say that Majestic Care is our “extended family.” I would highly recommend Majestic Care to anyone! In my opinion, they are the best and most trusted in their field.
