I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident I visited Premier Healthcare of North Vernon (Formerly Jennings Healthcare Center) when my friends were there. The daughter was there for two months and the mom was there for a month. They were very attentive to them. The room that they stayed in was in the physical therapy section because the daughter was in physical therapy. The mother moved there temporarily because she fell when she was living at home. I am/was a resident of this facility The staff was wonderful at Jennings Healthcare Center. It was in an older building, but it's very well-kept. The food is not bad and the rooms were nice.
I am a friend or relative of a resident has now got the demnetia care up and running the nurses and cna have training and are awesome working in this enviroment!
