Great 5 star building that provides excellent care for a wide range of patients. Phyllis James and Taylor are amazing to the patients. Robert and the housekeeping staff do a really good job with a full building. Wonderfully run building.
I have been very impressed with the entire team at Majestic Care Sheridan. From my initial contact with Micah the intake process has been seamless. When I arrived prior to my brother being transferred everyone welcomed me and then when my brother arrived they were all so welcoming to him as well. Everyone has been kind, helpful and very accommodating. Again a special shout out to Micah who has been especially kind and supportive in helping my brother transition to his new home.
Micah who introduced me to the facility is fantastic! The whole staff is sincerely interested in each patient and are looking for ways to be of help and support in any way they can. I am very impressed with the professionalism and commitment to our family members care that has been shown. Great regular communication and feedback from the staff.
I always enjoy visiting Majestic Care Sheridan! The staff is kind, attentive, and truly cares about the residents. The facility is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with plenty of activities to keep residents engaged. Highly recommend!
Working in the Healthcare business myself, I can honestly say that Majestic of Sheridan is one of the best facilities in the State. My Sister has been in Memory Care here for 5 or 6 months now and I am always impressed with the Staff and the level of care being given to my Sister. She was in a different facility prior to Majestic and I actually had to move her out of there because of the lack of care given there.
