I'm writing this review as I come to see my brother whose been a resident here for a year now. I am looking for a new place with a dementia unit or I would've pulled him out of here by now . I come here during the week and this place is a ghost town!! No management is here at 4:30 pm during the week or at all on weekends. I overheard staff saying the director in this facility give bonuses to employees who write a 5 star review on their behalf. A facility should receive a review based on TRUE MERIT. Good afternoon my name is Amanda my father was recently at this facility and sadly passed away but I wanted to take the time to say thank you to the amazing staff that showed so much compassion to my family and that goes for every department. They recently hired a new ed and he has done so much already just in the short time he has been there . I would recommend the build to anyone they treat you like family when you need it the most .

I am currently a resident at Majestic and I would not suggest this facility to anyone.. I’ve had issues with the lack of staffing and consistently being short staffed especially on the second shift which causing there to be extremely long periods that you have to wait for staff to answer your light.. sometimes over an hour long waiting periods.
