I just recently had to place my father in a long term care facility due to dementia. We are so pleased to have found Majestic. The staff is so friendly and treats my father so well. The establishment is very clean. Heather the manager, went above and beyond to help us through the process of getting dad in the facility. Anytime I have a question I can call her and ask. She’s so friendly and compassionate. So far I have no complaints. So thankful we chose this facility.

My mother is currently residing here. She is on dialysis and there for physical therapy. This was not the place she was originally supposed to be in but this was the only place that had availability at the time. She's is consistently ignored by the nurses. Her call light has been ignored for hours on end (I usually spend time with her on the phone and/or video call). DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. I had the most horrible experience here. I was sent to be a rehab patient after major surgery. One of the nurses, in particular, was mean and spiteful. She talked about how my shows were the devil's work, questioned why my husband was with me, and would eat my food. One day, she grabbed my arm so hard with her latex gloved hand that it ripped 4 fingertip sized holes in my arm. I still have the scars. (CAUTION) DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONE HERE!! I brought my mom here in May of this year and it’s been nothing but problems! I’ve visited her on multiple occasions with new bruises and wounds popping up, malnourished, not clean and with bed sores which means she’s being neglected!
