I'm writing this review as I come to see my brother whose been a resident here for a year now. I am looking for a new place with a dementia unit or I would've pulled him out of here by now . I come here during the week and this place is a ghost town!! No management is here at 4:30 pm during the week or at all on weekends. I overheard staff saying the director in this facility give bonuses to employees who write a 5 star review on their behalf. A facility should receive a review based on TRUE MERIT.
