Not a great place at all! Staff is rude and is not doing there job well might I say! If you’re looking to be treated with respect and to be helped I do not recommend going to this place. Choose a place worth your time.

Filthy. Staff unprofessional,smells terrible. Staff are rude and uneducated. No wonder they rebranded and changed the name. They hire anyone without background checks and no qualifications. Bugs as well

I had my hesitation about moving my loved one in Majestic, but after talking to Jacki I wouldn’t have changed my choice. Any issues I had she got fixed and called me back with solutions. We all have issues but Jacki found solutions and ensure my loved one was cared for by staff.

I have a family member currently at this facility and the care has been unimaginable. Family stops by to visit often and conditions haven’t improved over the last 6 weeks. This was already a tough transition for our family but the lack of accountability and all of a sudden what they can’t/don’t do has made things tougher. From the very first day, they weren’t prepared for intake and on-site care has been insufficient. There so much to say..we reach out to Ms.jackie who helped us get my mom transferred and placed in their facility.everyone is very nice soon as you walk in the door, the place is very clean. They check on all the patients in a timely manner of course when they are not too busy. But what place wouldn’t be.
