Cathy is friendly, knowledgeable and always ready to help. As an investor, flipping several homes over the last 5 years, I've done many closings with her and always feel like we're given a top-notch treatment. We have never had a problem with any paperwork. I'll always go back to Majesty Title Services for my title services' needs.
Cathy Thompson and her Majesty Title Team are AWESOME to work with! I love every transaction we work together because they make everything so easy and seamless. They are efficient, proactive, reliable and very responsive! Majesty Title is one of the BEST title companies in the Tampa Bay Area! I would highly recommend using them for all your closing needs!
I've switched to Majesty and use them for all my closings. Cathy and Anita are a great team! As a listing agent, I used to be concerned about how the title company communicates with sellers, but they take that worry away. All my seller's are happy with how well and often they communicate with them. Thanks Majesty!
