Trevor was awesome to work with. He reviewed my needs, including ensuring the unit would more than satisfy my storage needs. He reviewed access processes & made himself available to assist with any needs. Current prices are very inviting. I would recommend this facility to anyone considering a storage option. Secure & very easy to deal with!!
Fast service buy a bit to fast u can get easily confused. I made the mistake of paying a storage online and end up not even going to get to see it. As there was a family death and things went wrong n had to rush home and be short on funds! Pretty well made it by broke 💔
I was told to contact Michelle before I arrived and she would come and open the gate for me. I had no luck at all contacting Michelle and she did not return my calls but when I got to the facility I found that the gate was open so then I just had to try to find my locker. I believe I found the correct locker and put my stuff in it but then I had to run up the highway to a hardware store and pick up a couple of padlocks. Trevor is very friendly and helpful, the units are well priced and large. The only down fall is the hours of entry as the gates are not yet functional but it is in the works! I would recommend them.
Great facility, team and service! Major hang-up is the limited availability and access for after business hours or weekends to get into your container.
