Incredibly impressed with the move in process- which literally was seamless from booking a unit online, getting an email within the hour, and then I was moving items into my unit before end of day. Bring your lock, and your set! I didn’t have to call anyone, or wait long for access info! I can't even rate them. Had nothing but problems from day one. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Can't get their system right. First was given wrong gate code (gate doesn't work half the time), and given a unit that was already in use. I had to run around the block to find an unoccupied unit to let them know, because they apparently can't keep track of which units are in use. Will never use them again
From the moment I contacted Make Space Storage to rent a unit for my move, until my move out date three months later, I have been very impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. The unit was clean, easy to use and locate and had great security, giving me peace of mind that all my belongings would be safe. I would definitely use them again!
I wish I could make it 0 stars. We got the 8x30 storage locker and the wood floor was soaked. We obviously couldn’t store our stuff there or it would grow mold. We had to switch to a different container and they would not give us a refund. We also tried to go in person to speak to someone, there was a sign saying that we needed to go to a different facility a few km away. The facility is clean and the unit pricing is great! The pinpad is finicky leaving the facility, doesn't immediately work to type in the code each time. Other than this one small thing, I highly recommend this facility and company! Thank you Austin!
