The communication and information provided is very thorough and clear. Once arriving at the entry gate to the yard the property itself is well maintained. Very clean yard and clean solid buildings. All lockers are clearly marked. The storage unit I rented was also very clean and dry and rolled door and fixtures are all in very good condition and clean.
Very impressed with this company. I rented a parking spot at 121 Stockdale Rd. Trenton, to store my 21 ft travel trailer. The facility is immaculate and the electronic key pad to open the gate is very easy to operate. The facility Manager Austin Nicholson was extremely helpful and answered all my many questions in a pleasant, but very professional manner. He helped cement my choice to go with Make Space Storage.
Incredibly impressed with the move in process- which literally was seamless from booking a unit online, getting an email within the hour, and then I was moving items into my unit before end of day. Bring your lock, and your set! I didn’t have to call anyone, or wait long for access info! From the moment I contacted Make Space Storage to rent a unit for my move, until my move out date three months later, I have been very impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. The unit was clean, easy to use and locate and had great security, giving me peace of mind that all my belongings would be safe. I would definitely use them again!
I can't even rate them. Had nothing but problems from day one. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Can't get their system right. First was given wrong gate code (gate doesn't work half the time), and given a unit that was already in use. I had to run around the block to find an unoccupied unit to let them know, because they apparently can't keep track of which units are in use. Will never use them again
