Make Space Storage on Highway 33 in Trenton was absolutely amazing. In the spring of 2024 we were preparing to sell our house, and needed to take all of our excess items out of our home in order to stage it. I love how easy it was to rent a unit online, and set up monthly payments. We then were able to start moving our items in the next day (Saturday) and just needed a lock and the code (which they emailed promptly). Awful customer service now. Have used this location for many years when it was the Pines and it was excellent. I was never notified there were new owners until I sent my notice. To my surprise, my credit card on file had not been charged for April and May. Now they want to charge me up for June (he says he will waive July. I was gone beginning of June) and I do not get my security deposit back. I moved out beginning of June and left unit immaculate as usual. Great place. Very clean inside. Staff when I needed assistance were very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend if your looking for storage.
Have had a unit with them for about 2.5/3 years now! Good price for the size and receptionist is kind. They have multiple sizes for various prices and can enter when closed to grab or store something. They are in the process of going under new management starting early April. Since the change it has been harder to get in to pay the bill.
I needed a storage locker for a few months and everybody here made it simple, easy and no problems. Great place to store your stuff
