Have always been very helpful and very polite when call in to make payment or ask them to hold until my pay goes in my account to make with them thank appreciate their help hope u's all have a great Christmas holidays when it comes
The customer service has been excellent! However, I would feel better about my belongings being secure if the front gate was functional and closed with key code only access when the front office is closed.
Michelle Urch who is the facility manager was absolutely helpful and patient when I asked her a hundred questions ..this was my first time doing outside storage and I am 100% satisfied ..I’ve asked Michelle advice and I respect and trust who she is and who she represents ..good job 👍
