Dealing with make space storage has been easy and hassle free. I did everything online to book a storage unit. Which saved me a lot of time. Picked a unit size , date needed to move in and then paid for it. They sent me a receipt , unit # entry codes and the # for the lock on the unit. I thought " can it be that easy and that smooth " . Our experience here has been great start to finish. Unit is dry, clean, and rodent free. Yard is well kept. Customer service was A+ especially dealing with Austin Nicholson. Definitely would use again and recommend to friends and family.
Renting an outdoor unit. Had trouble moving the brackets, but on-site staff came immediately to help. The unit itself is large, dry, clean. Great service and communication from on-site office staff. Very helpful.
Excellent indoor facility, with easy access 24/7. Good value for the price. I’ve storage units here since 2010.
I lost my keys for my unit and as always, the staff was super friendly and helpful in getting me back into my unit. I have had great experiences when dealing with staff at this location. The location itself if convenient, safe and clean. Thank you for keeping my stuff safe!
