I have rented a large unit for several years here which has always been dry with no issues of mice. Lot is taken care of in the winter. Easy private access to entrance gate. Price is decent compared to other storage units. Office personal is friendly.
This was the first time I have rented space with Make Space Storage out of Trenton. Austin, the manager, was great to work with; he was helpful and knowledgeable. The small unit I rented was clean and easy to access. I will definitely use Make Space again if needed.
The customer service has been excellent! However, I would feel better about my belongings being secure if the front gate was functional and closed with key code only access when the front office is closed.
Michelle Urch who is the facility manager was absolutely helpful and patient when I asked her a hundred questions ..this was my first time doing outside storage and I am 100% satisfied ..I’ve asked Michelle advice and I respect and trust who she is and who she represents ..good job 👍
I've been using their storage facility in Quinte West for more than 5 years. Very secure and clean place to safely store my extra belongings.
