Gave us the extra space needed while renovations were done and shed built in the backyard. Great service in the delivery and pick up of the seacan as well, very prompt and courteous all the way around. Thank you again.
I would go back there again, if I had to. The staff was amazing to deal with, the yard was always tidy. I would recommend them again without hesitation.
Heather @ the 1st Avenue location went absolutely above and beyond for me!! On the day of my move, I found out my booking had expired for a unit in the Hart. I had a moving truck scheduled to drop off items at storage, Heather found me a unit at her location! Not only did she get my storage unit ready, but went back into work 3 hours after closing to let the moving truck in and lock up after they left. Absolutely terrible service. Never open when they say they are. Any Friday, or Friday before king weekend they disappear. Random days they’re closed when they say they’re open. Ask to get C can down, it always takes days. Lady at front is very rude, and gets rude when you ask anything. Would never use again.
