Great self-storage facility! The process from start to finish was easy and seamless. The units are clean, and Dori has been awesome to correspond with regarding any of my questions. Highly recommend.
Renting at Ancaster Storage was so easy: from signing up to vacating. The team here was very helpful. There was only one technical issue in the year we were there and the resolution was prompt! The site itself is kept clean and maintained. They offer various sizes of lockers. We really liked the climate control feature. We would definitely go back should we ever need storage services again! We recently used Ancaster Self Storage for some locker rentals during a construction project. Dori Gallagher was great to deal with, and always prompt to answer questions or go the extra mile when our email server wouldn't let our payment receipts through.
