Hi we've been renting a storage unit from Make Space Storage for 4 years and the units are clean and sealed. We have given up the unit as we now have the storage space at our new address. The manager Tamara has always been quick with responding and being really helpful. She always addressed any issues that I had, which were few. However the cost of the unit has risen dramatically in the 4 years and we're happy that we now have the space at home. Although I only used the unit briefly, I was very impressed with the customer service at the arnprior facility. Tamara was a delight to deal with in particular. The unit was clean, easily accessible and secure. Thanks for making this a great experience.
Fantastic experience!!! Beautiful, well kept units and yard; even during the winter. Tamara was wonderful, personable and made you want to come into the office to say Hello. Wouldn't store our belongings anywhere else.

Very satisfied with this storage company. Needed a space to store personal items after sale of home. Did not realize that there was waiting lists for storage in the area. Luckily a container was available the day I stopped in. Tamara was very helpful and quick to respond with the set up process.
