Given the do-over opportunity, I may have made a different decision on this rental. The manager was nice, but obviously ill-equipped to deal with the burden of this business. Whomever is responsible for the gate-security should be promptly fired. I've been a customer for 3 months and the statement of "it will be fixed in about 2-3 days" was an obvious lie. Belleville office has great customer service, especially with the new managers. Whole experience was pretty good, 5th star would have been given if they pro-rated as I lost a nice chunk due to it, or had payments on a monthly time I stead of a 28 day cycle.
Finally figured out how to pay online so that matter is cleared! Very unhappy about the gate problems. Having them non-functional and left open negates our insurance. This matter has existed for far too long. Also increasing costs for storage units has been a bit much. However, we have been able to take advantage of some specials which is much appreciated.
I'm being generous when I give 2 stars , the place is clean units are in shape but the gates were not locked for last few months I rented from them and that's why their rents were high and they charge every so many 20 days or something like that and they end up getting 13 payments for 12months I then gave notice and they fought with me that I didn't over all I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!
