Staff was very friendly and helpful. I got the exact spot I wanted. The facility is well organized, very clean and neat. Thank you guys, you got me as a customer for a long time.
Would easily give less than zero stars if possible. Rude and hostile staff. Never anyone in the office. Poor security with gate often wide open. Grounds left uncleared and unplowed the entire winter. Couldn't get my things out of there fast enough. Find a better option and save your money and save the aggravation.
Person at Belleville facility is horrible to talk with. I fully admit that I was behind on my bill, but in September I got a bill for almost $700. 10 days later I got a bill for $270. I was full paid up buy middle of August. Called the site, she’s on another call but will call back. A week goes by, no call. I call again, no response again. Stop by the site 2 separate times, no one there and it was during “open” hours. Very pleased with the unit rented (10 x 15). We chose the "best value" as it is currently 50% off for the first 8 weeks. It's reasonably close to the gate, which turns out to be a non-issue at all as access is excellent throughout the facility. One little hitch: we weren't aware that we MUST download the app to open the gates. Once we downloaded and enabled Bluetooth it was seamless. Adding both of us to access was easy. Was a great place for many years till the original owners sold to make space storage The cleanliness and yard maintenance dropped to below par The unit prices more than doubled in price Then they added mandatory insurance to the cost every month as well ! Do not even get me started about the poor bookkeeping ! When asked about an issue they just passed the buck. It was always someone’s else’s mistake Security gates always broken and open 24/7 but u pay for security! Yes they have availability in storage as every other place ... read more
