Well this place was recommended to us, I made phone calls left voice mails, took 2 weeks almost to speak to someone, booked a unit, waited to receive our codes to gain access on the day we were supposed to get our unit, that didn't happen. Had to go there next day to get code. The lack of communication is terrible.
Katelyn is great! Friendly, answered all of my questions. Knowledgeable, honest. Clear about the rental period. - 28days. Took me to the unit. I'm renting next week.
This company promotion of a secure location is not correct. We stored our trailer over winter there and when we went to pick it up the battery bank (4 deep cell batteries) and 2 x 40lb propane tank had been stolen off front of trailer. Over $2000 to replace. The thieves actually took thier time and undid the cables, their weren't about security or surveillance. Would easily give less than zero stars if possible. Rude and hostile staff. Never anyone in the office. Poor security with gate often wide open. Grounds left uncleared and unplowed the entire winter. Couldn't get my things out of there fast enough. Find a better option and save your money and save the aggravation.
Very pleased with the unit rented (10 x 15). We chose the "best value" as it is currently 50% off for the first 8 weeks. It's reasonably close to the gate, which turns out to be a non-issue at all as access is excellent throughout the facility. One little hitch: we weren't aware that we MUST download the app to open the gates. Once we downloaded and enabled Bluetooth it was seamless. Adding both of us to access was easy.
