Staff was very friendly and helpful. I got the exact spot I wanted. The facility is well organized, very clean and neat. Thank you guys, you got me as a customer for a long time.
Person at Belleville facility is horrible to talk with. I fully admit that I was behind on my bill, but in September I got a bill for almost $700. 10 days later I got a bill for $270. I was full paid up buy middle of August. Called the site, she’s on another call but will call back. A week goes by, no call. I call again, no response again. Stop by the site 2 separate times, no one there and it was during “open” hours. Was a great place for many years till the original owners sold to make space storage The cleanliness and yard maintenance dropped to below par The unit prices more than doubled in price Then they added mandatory insurance to the cost every month as well ! Do not even get me started about the poor bookkeeping ! When asked about an issue they just passed the buck. It was always someone’s else’s mistake Security gates always broken and open 24/7 but u pay for security! Yes they have availability in storage as every other place ... read more
Given the do-over opportunity, I may have made a different decision on this rental. The manager was nice, but obviously ill-equipped to deal with the burden of this business. Whomever is responsible for the gate-security should be promptly fired. I've been a customer for 3 months and the statement of "it will be fixed in about 2-3 days" was an obvious lie. Belleville office has great customer service, especially with the new managers. Whole experience was pretty good, 5th star would have been given if they pro-rated as I lost a nice chunk due to it, or had payments on a monthly time I stead of a 28 day cycle.
