Once I met Michelle Urch the facility manager I knew I was at the right place to get my storage spaces. Michelle understood our needs and delivered with seamless service. I placed our whole household in a 10 x 20 unit in Belleville for 4 months. My initial concern was the possibility of moisture or rodents. When we removed our household last week, there were no issues. It was as dry and clean as the day we had put the furniture in. Micheal was pleasant to deal with and very helpful when we had to add another month. 5 stars. I would rent here again if necessary.

I have been using this business to store my belongings for over a year now and could not ask for better. I never have a problem entering or exiting the facility. The employees are knowledgeable and have great customer service. The price is not that bad either compared to other places.
I rented my first storage unit here and have had it for a few years. The site is always clean and well lit. The great features are the gated security, drive up units, 24 hour access and the billing process is simple with receipts automatically emailed. I have recommended this Make Space location to friends moving to the Belleville area.
