This is our second experience with a storage facility in Calgary in the past few years and my husband and I are very happy with Make Space Storage. It is clean, orderly and the on site office Manager, Hemang, is great to deal with. He is friendly, well organized and truly interested in excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
Poor Security and Unacceptable Delays in Addressing Issues. I had a deeply frustrating and concerning experience with Make Space Storage. My company vehicle was stolen from their premises and for some reason, returned days later with company decals removed and other signs of tampering. Hemang consistently provides excellent service . My experience has been fantastic. His expertise and professionalism make this my go-to place for my trailer parking needs.
Our experience with our storage was fast and sweet. We are storing a trailer and the guy that helped us made sure that it was the right size storage and that we are happy with it. Our good friend referred us to make space storage and we highly recommend this facility if your looking to store anything. The prices are affordable and the customer service is beyond amazing! Very very low security in terms of their solar powered cameras that do not work when the sun isn’t shining. Inability to review video of people coming in and out from a powered cameras and review of existing video being, ‘a lot of work.’ Too many tenants working out of commercial trailers on the property.
