This is our second experience with a storage facility in Calgary in the past few years and my husband and I are very happy with Make Space Storage. It is clean, orderly and the on site office Manager, Hemang, is great to deal with. He is friendly, well organized and truly interested in excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
Wow what can I say? This has been the best customer service I’ve gotten. Hemang was there every step of the way, from beginning to the end of the transaction. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a storage facility. He is very approachable and I love his sense of humor! Thank you Hemang for making this process seamless for me!
Very very low security in terms of their solar powered cameras that do not work when the sun isn’t shining. Inability to review video of people coming in and out from a powered cameras and review of existing video being, ‘a lot of work.’ Too many tenants working out of commercial trailers on the property. Who knows what tenants are doing? Very little actual control. Has a gate but ineffective if tenants know what’s going on with the solar cameras. My trailer was stolen right off the property. Poor Security and Unacceptable Delays in Addressing Issues. I had a deeply frustrating and concerning experience with Make Space Storage. My company vehicle was stolen from their premises and for some reason, returned days later with company decals removed and other signs of tampering. During the investigation, Make Space Storage and its staff raised several red flags: Security Footage Handling: Critical video footage was heavily clipped and incomplete.
