Great location and great staff. Jason was very friendly and helpful in getting me the right storage for my needs. I really appreciate him walking me around and showing me the different options that he had. The location features both keypad entry and an app you can use. The app is very convenient and easy to use. Inside their office they sell a variety of packing materials (boxes, tape, utility knives, etc.) for your next move.
Extremely new and nice facility with security measures in place with including fencing, security and gate entry. Super accessible location in town! The unit is super clean and the property, well maintained. Thank you MakeSpaceStorage for making space in my closets!
Jason was amazing to work with. I didn’t expect setting up a parking spot at a storage facility to be anything special but Jason was extremely helpful. Went above and beyond. Notified us like we were his top priority. Moved things around to accommodate us. 5 star service for sure. Facility looks brand new and secure. And technology to use gates without having to get out of the vehicle! Haha.
In our search for a suitable storage locker in or near Cochrane we came across the brand new MakeSpace facility. We met with Jason, the manager, for a tour of the lockers - he was very personable and professional, and still had a great sense of humour. We are very happy with the locker we selected. Thanks Jason!
Jason was cheerful and answered all my questions. Looking forward to having our trailer close by when we start using it again this season! The app to control entry/exit gate is going to be great on those not so nice days.
