The folks at make space have been great! I have been renting a storage space there since March 2026. From the start, it was clear I needed a larger space, the staff were very accommodating and moved me to a larger space the same day. The customer service has always been friendly, helpful and communicative! The prices are very reasonable!
I've been storing my business and person property at Make Space Storage Edmonton 3 plus years now and have always felt I have been treated extremely well. The service has been remarkably pleasant and stress free. Always willing to to sort out special storage needs for long and short term rental of units. I've used several other storage facilities and had to experience break ins. Not here. I feel safe coming and going. That my property is safe here. I have been dealing with Make Space for several years and they are great to deal with! They are very responsive to emails and have been understanding on a couple of occasions when my payment was a bit late, thankfully. I would highly recommend Make Space for your storage needs!!
We experienced some flooding in our home and it was urgent to get a portable pod for our belongings. Jesse was so quick to get us a pod. She had it organized and delivered the same day I called. The driver was also great at rolling with our chaos and loaded the pod exactly where we needed it. I’m grateful to the speedy and helpful response!
