The facility is clean and easy to use but I am upset that they did not honor the price that was offered on the website and in the quote. After speaking with one person who did quote a reasonable price I spoke to the manager who did not honor the original quoted price. So a good deal has now become a bad deal and I'll be moving out as soon as I can find another storage space that is available
Easy to follow instructions and consistent communication. The small clean and secure unit could hold so much, it was deceiving. Rates are excellent.
Not sure why but there is a different rate for the same size units. Claims it is due to proximity to the road. There are only 4 to 6 rows of u it’s and none actually have drive up aprons meaning there is a significant lip from ground level to base level of the unit so if you are storing a car make sure to bring ramps.
Your team was very helpful right from day 1. It took a lot of stress off to have an easy access, safe place to store my things while I was navigating a new town.
Phoned to rent a locker. Anna was the customer service agent. Quick and easy service for storage rental.
