They continued to charge my credit card for a unit I canceled, and when I emailed and asked for a refund they said direct deposit was the easiest way. I sent them my banking information and haven't been able to get a response since. I've reached out to them multiple times and am being totally ignored. DO NOT recommend
I used their service for over a year and it was very good. The couple of times I called or emailed them, they were very polite and attentive. The storage had a good size and we never had any issue. Just a couple of days ago that I mentioned I needed to leave the space because of a personal emergency, they were very nice and had a great communication. I would use this service again!
Rented a unit to help facilitate a move. Everything was effortless, unit was simple to book, easily accessible, lock provided, roll up door worked well.
