Call center was horrible but Nathanial from the Edmonton office called and was exceptional through the entire process . Ignore the call center and talk with one of the local office for the best service .

They continued to charge my credit card for a unit I canceled, and when I emailed and asked for a refund they said direct deposit was the easiest way. I sent them my banking information and haven't been able to get a response since. I've reached out to them multiple times and am being totally ignored. DO NOT recommend

I used their service for over a year and it was very good. The couple of times I called or emailed them, they were very polite and attentive. The storage had a good size and we never had any issue. Just a couple of days ago that I mentioned I needed to leave the space because of a personal emergency, they were very nice and had a great communication. I would use this service again!
