It pains me to write a negative review, but I’m not impressed with the changes since Make Space took over from the independent “Fremont Storage”. Rates rose immediately, have risen again at least once or twice in short order, office hours reduced or eliminated, snow not shovelled when present. These are issues that have real impact. The readiness to pounce with late fees when a credit card is declined is appalling. (We’ve rented here as business customers for years). We came in to rectify this within one business day. I recently got a storage locker here and am very pleased with both the staff and the facilities. There are several safety measures to keep my items safe and the facility is clean, dry and warm. Both Atila and Catherine have been very pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend this business.
I’m just new there, but It’s very clean, and well organized. But I will say when looking for a storage place, that the ceiling height is capped off at this facility, which is probably at about 8’ where my previous facility had space right up to pretty much the roof line. So keep that in mind when considering how much stuff you need to store 🏬 😉
We are pleased with the service that the Manager Atila gave us. We are really happy with the space, location, customer service. No better place for our company to be! I highly recommend.
This place is very clean and they are very nice. Decent size for the locker we rented. Was able to store everything we needed to and still have space for more.
