Loveleen was very friendly and made the process of getting a storage locker straightforward and easy. The facility is very clean and rates are on par or less than other facilities in the area. The building feels secure and the added help buttons in the locker make me feel more safe if I need to go alone.
Great service provided by Loveleen on Saturday. She showed me 3-4 unit which are clean, spacious, climate and pest control. Storage security is unbeatable. She offered many options based on my needs. Thanks!
Amazing service. Loveleen really went above and beyond to help me out. She went out of her way to get me a locker even though it was at the end of her shift. She waited for me to get to the facility and stayed over an hour past closing even though she had no obligation to do so. Extremely friendly and professional. Thank you so much for all your help.
The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access. The staff is helpful, understanding, and considerate, especially when it comes to financial concerns. I received a locker at a price in Februaary, it was a Sale price at the time. Then, after a few months dropped the special price and then by August, raised the unit price again. The next February they raise the price again. Then in July, unknown to me they changed the arraignment from monthly to four weeks and on an Arbitrary way changed the rental date.
