I have been renting a locker here since 2020 and find its the best locker facility I've ever experienced. At first the monthly rental was very reasonable but the company changed hands and the prices went up considerably, which was upsetting at first, but what hasn't gone up in price? The facilities are very clean, access to my unit was easy, dollies are available to assist, staff is great and location/hours convenient. I highly recommend this facility.
LOOK FOR OTHER OPTIONS! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! Most of these positive reviews are based on staff who have moved on and old ownership! Our family has been long time customers since the original opening of Freemont Self Storage. The change of ownership along with the departure of Phil has been a massive let down to this business. It pains me to write a negative review, but I’m not impressed with the changes since Make Space took over from the independent “Fremont Storage”. Rates rose immediately, have risen again at least once or twice in short order, office hours reduced or eliminated, snow not shovelled when present. These are issues that have real impact. This is very convenient place, they have tiny to big spaces depends of what do you need theres ground level and 2 stories more Elevator and AC all year long, you have your own alarm and your own emergency bottom. Open from 8 am to 22 hrs 7 days a week.
I recently got a storage locker here and am very pleased with both the staff and the facilities. There are several safety measures to keep my items safe and the facility is clean, dry and warm. Both Atila and Catherine have been very pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend this business.
