Fremont is an excellent storage facility. It's very secure, has well lit hallways that are motion-sensored, and good tunes filling the air waves creating an upbeat atmosphere. What truly makes it special is the positive energy both Chris and Ian bring to the place. They care that you are pleased with your rental experience and are eager to assist you with your storage needs. I'm happy that I'm storing here.
I was recommended by a friend to use this storage facility. He had been using storage facilities in the Langley and Surrey area for years, but when he found this, he said barn. We have been customers of Fremont Storage since they first opened their doors. The facility is well maintained, clean and secure. Over the years we have also received exceptional customer service, particularly from Phil. The only negative is that since the new ownership took place our rental fees have increased significantly, and have changed from monthly payments to every four weeks. Having said that, we are happy with this facility and their services for storing our belongings.
