We've used Make Space Storage a couple times now and we've been happy with their service. The manager at the Port Coquitlam location is excellent to deal with. The premises are always clean and access is easy. I would use them again.
Went to the PoCo office to inquire about storage and had a wonderful experience with Christopher, who asked me a lot of questions to understand my needs and he very professionally and skillfully guided me to the best option for my needs. Excellent customer service and more importantly, a genuinely kind human being! Kudos Christopher!
Last minute I needed a storage space. I went online and there were problems finalizing everything. They put me through to the manager of the port coquitlam location -Christopher St. Amand. He went 100% out of his way to help me. He showed me the locker, ensured the space was adequate before finalizing paperwork. He walked me through everything and explained as he went.
