Carla was very helpful in getting me the right storage unit to put my stuff in with great prices. The units are very clean and I can get in to add or take out my stuff day or night including weekends. Thank you for making my storage time easy, I would recommend them to everyone! thanks, -Jim
Unfortunately when attempting to return a UHaul after hours I had great difficulty. Gates were locked and I called all numbers posted on fence including the emergency number multiple times will no answer at all. Very frustrating. The facility however looked well kept what I could see through the locked gates.
The staff at Keswick Vaultra Storage are very pleasant and helpful, When my mother died I was in need of a storage unit for the things that I wanted. The staff was so helpful by helping me decide which size of unit I needed. I had some issues with my credit card and the staff worked with me to sort the problem out. The units are clean and video protected. I would recommend Vaultra Storage to anyone.
We have been renting units from this location for over a year and are completely satisfied with the service that we've received. We had a 10' x 13' to start as we were moving from a 3 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom condo. Since we moved we downsized to a 5' x 10' . We moved only half an hour away & checking other storage companies in our new area decided to stay with Vaultra Keswick as the rates were better & the staff is amazing. Thanks Carla
