As far as I know the whole move in experience went very well. I totally appreciated the fact that I could make the arrangements over the phone and didn't need to be in attendance when the move in occurred as I was moving from a fair distance away. All of the communications and experience I have had so far have been very pleasant. Thank you Michelle!
I was very impressed with Michele.. the facility manager. I visited or called at least 3 times with questions and clarifications before I decided to sign a 3 month contract. She always responded in a clear and professional way. A very good 1st impression of the company.
Thank you for the lengthy time of having a safe and secure experience at Make Space Storage. The Unit I had was perfect. Also, the staff at the front desk was friendly, which made me super comfortable to ask any questions at any given time. I would recommend Make Space to anyone. Thanks again :)
The lady who helped us was exceptionally friendly and made the experience of renting our unit very nice I would recommend them to anybody looking for a storage the only problem I do have is the sweating that happens with the unit thus causing lost of moisture inside the unit so if u don’t have your stuff in sealed totes and cover with a tote u will definitely run the Rick of stuff getting wet and molding
