We were storing all of our belongings from our cottage. When we started emptying the storage locker everything was littered with mouse poop. Blankets were chewed through. Our brand new boat canopy that was stored in a canvas bag was also chewed through. We will have to have the canopy mended. We did not anticipate damage happening in our unit. Very disappointing.
I was very impressed with Michele.. the facility manager. I visited or called at least 3 times with questions and clarifications before I decided to sign a 3 month contract. She always responded in a clear and professional way. A very good 1st impression of the company.
After reading the recent review by ‘Paul’ I would like to say that I agree with everything he said. Michele made the difference to help turn my own experience from a negative to a positive. The lady who helped us was exceptionally friendly and made the experience of renting our unit very nice I would recommend them to anybody looking for a storage the only problem I do have is the sweating that happens with the unit thus causing lost of moisture inside the unit so if u don’t have your stuff in sealed totes and cover with a tote u will definitely run the Rick of stuff getting wet and molding
