Overall the experience was adequate. This is the first time I have rented storage. I started as make space was just taking over. The hours for the gate were less than convenient. Then it was 8-6 I believe. The addition of the app was nice except when your phone won't connect to the gate Saturday afternoon and Noone answers the phone! Cherry was the lady I was dealing with about renting a unit. She was very friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. She stayed on the line while I downloaded the app made sure I was able to get in the gate. She wasnt rushing me had all the time in the world to help. I recommend if you need a storage unit in Estevan, go to this place as the staff is awesome and made the process easy.

I highly recommend this service. The gentlemen responded to my questions quickly. The instructions were clear and everything was automated. It was very easy to drop off and pick up my stuff. I would definitely use this service again!
