Overall the experience was adequate. This is the first time I have rented storage. I started as make space was just taking over. The hours for the gate were less than convenient. Then it was 8-6 I believe. The addition of the app was nice except when your phone won't connect to the gate Saturday afternoon and Noone answers the phone! I highly recommend this service. The gentlemen responded to my questions quickly. The instructions were clear and everything was automated. It was very easy to drop off and pick up my stuff. I would definitely use this service again!
Cannot use Bluetooth to open gate without data or internet which makes it hard, especially if you don't have the key fob to open the gate. Key fob is also finicky and doesn't work as it should. But other then that. I've had a great experience both times I've used Make Space Storage. Very good and quick to respond to any issues that come up! Good price for various sizes of units and good security. Lots of cameras on lot.
