Cannot use Bluetooth to open gate without data or internet which makes it hard, especially if you don't have the key fob to open the gate. Key fob is also finicky and doesn't work as it should. But other then that. I've had a great experience both times I've used Make Space Storage. Very good and quick to respond to any issues that come up! Good price for various sizes of units and good security. Lots of cameras on lot.
Great storage service provider. Helped me a lot to declutter the house and keep seasonal stuff at a short drive distance. Kaneshia (apologies for the wrong spelling, in case I did that) was very helpful. What I also liked about the company is that they do regular audits of their trailers and inform clients, in case something is off. I forgot to inform them about my move, and they called me letting me know that the trailer is empty lol
