I have rented from this facility multiple times including car haulers, moving trucks, small pull behind trailers and car dolly'. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. The storage units are dry and clean and are in a secured compound.
Long story short. Will charge you even if they are at fault. Will send you text messages with non operational phone numbers. Their units have rodents. Some units have people that live in them. Not sure if anyone still is. Their customer service is very rude and very poorly done. Don’t waste your money
First and last time. I took a 15" truck booked for just 4 hours. Unfortunately stuck in mud within 10 minutes of the dealer. It took 48 hours to get service from roadside assistance. No help from U haul customer care and this dealer without hesitation charged for days and I ended up paying $120 for just driving 8 Km!!
I'm renting an indoor storage that I can only access during their office hours for some reason. Their office hours are from 9 to 5, but yesterday they closed 15min prior, and today, they were closed as of 2pm! And no means of contacting them. I already need to take time off my job so I can access my own belongings, and they pull this off. This is unprofessional, and they should at least work out a different system if they're going to have unreliable office hours.
I have used this comapny a few times in the past and have typically had good experience with customer service. Recently, I had two interactions that were unprofessional and seemed racist to me. When I did call the president to share that with him the details in an effort to help them improve in this area, he was dismissive of my concerns and made excuses for his employees' behavior.
