Been with them for over 3 years. Very friendly in the office. They will always make sure that my questions are answered in a timely manner. If the price is going up they will let me know ahead. The gates are secure. The yard is always clean. Thank you! I recommend this place to everyone looking for storage!
Clean, easy access, accommodating with many options available. An actual person is available in person at the Moose Jaw location during office hours and they will return your phone calls/emails. U-Haul Trailers are clean and in working order - with helpful staff
Wonderful staff, and great to deal with. Very friendly and accommodating. Fair pricing, and good sized units. Safe and secure storage, and handy U-Haul rentals near the highway, dump, and local movers/trucking.
Staff was very friendly and helpful in picking the right size unit for our needs. Knock 1 star off because our unit was somehow flagged with using a incorrect lock even though it was a lock we bought from them. They said it an automatic system flag but to me felt like a fine generator since no one actually checked the lock on the unit.
Make Space Storage in Moose Jaw has been really good to us. I have been renting from them for over a year now and no issues at all. Unit is well taken care of and I will continue to use them and recommend there company.
