Very professional experience when dealing with the representative. Had a bit of trouble when we actually went to the site but were able to connect with the Manager in Ottawa and he fixed the code problem. On move in day everything went great. I especially like the bluetooth app entry so you don't have to get out of your vehicle every time. Rented a unit online and downloaded the app. Was nervous driving 4hrs without knowing the place, but didn’t need to be. The gate opened via the app immediately. Lock code on unit worked no problem. Even called with a question (there was no office) and someone actually answered the call and helped me in real time. Easy and smooth experience, great price.
Storage space was fine, easily accessible. I was disappointed when I gave MSS the opportunity to retain my business by allowing me to move to a smaller storage space with the new-customer discount, rather than me moving to a different storage place. They declined. When I moved out, several weeks ahead of the end of the month for which I had already paid, I was not issued a pro-rated refund for the time not used.
