I was disappointed when I gave MSS the opportunity to retain my business by allowing me to move to a smaller storage space with the new-customer discount, rather than me moving to a different storage place. Very disappointed with the move in, I showed up at 2200 and couldn't get in had 3 vehicles there with stuff to unload. Called the next day to ask why I couldn't get in, the guy on the phone couldn't tell me why and said he would call me back with an answer. But I've still not heard anything from him and it's been almost a week now. We believed we had 24th access which I told him I work long days and can't get there some days until after 2200. Got a unit here as it was the only place at the time that I could get at the time because all the offices for other storage places were closed. The pros: - was super convenient: no need to go to an office or deal with anyone, everything done online in a few mins. I picked a unit size, paid, got an entry code emailed, a lock code in a separate email. - clean, secure units.
