Very disappointed with the move in, I showed up at 2200 and couldn't get in had 3 vehicles there with stuff to unload. Called the next day to ask why I couldn't get in, the guy on the phone couldn't tell me why and said he would call me back with an answer. But I've still not heard anything from him and it's been almost a week now. We believed we had 24th access which I told him I work long days and can't get there some days until after 2200. Got a unit here as it was the only place at the time that I could get at the time because all the offices for other storage places were closed. The pros: - was super convenient: no need to go to an office or deal with anyone, everything done online in a few mins. I picked a unit size, paid, got an entry code emailed, a lock code in a separate email. - clean, secure units. So quick, easy and efficient. All online. And within minutes you get access to your space. Perfect for us last minute impulse, and purge and clean and stage the house!!!
I got one unit... and it took me a moment to learn which menu to go in and how to complete the sign in... which I think I did twice... but I left the first try incomplete I guess? The unit was clean, easy to find, easy to access and now I have no trouble getting in and out whenever it's open hours. No hassles... no problems.. except that heavy snow... scared me but the next day... it was plowed and I could sort through my stuff. I wish I had gotten this unit earlier.
