I chose Make Space Storage because its close to home and offers year round outdoor vehicle storage. The move in process was simple and thorough, all done remotely over the phone with a wonderful representative, Honey. I love how access in and out can be done through their app and the hours of operations suit my schedule perfectly. Thanks for everything!
I had my storage unit here for almost 2 years and the experience was great. Making payments was super easy through their online portal, and they even text you the link when you first sign up. The staff and management are very accommodating and communicate well, so you always feel heard. The location is convenient, close to Memorial Avenue in Orillia, and the facility is open 24/7 with solid security. Overall, it’s a chill and reliable place to store your stuff.
Stayed for 3.5 months. One day I left the unit unlocked like a dummy and within an hour Kevin had contacted me to make sure everything was alright. Whenever I emailed questions Kevin was always quick to respond I think the longest he ever took to reply was an hour
James was excellent to deal with, very informative, pricing is great. Very happy with the service
