Stayed for 3.5 months. One day I left the unit unlocked like a dummy and within an hour Kevin had contacted me to make sure everything was alright. Whenever I emailed questions Kevin was always quick to respond I think the longest he ever took to reply was an hour
I had my storage unit here for almost 2 years and the experience was great. Making payments was super easy through their online portal, and they even text you the link when you first sign up. The staff and management are very accommodating and communicate well, so you always feel heard. The location is convenient, close to Memorial Avenue in Orillia, and the facility is open 24/7 with solid security. Overall, it’s a chill and reliable place to store your stuff.
