I've been a renter here for many years on and off. So far the change of ownership to Make Space hasn't presented any problems or change of service. Great location off the highway, good service and solid help from on-site staff like Ryan the Manager. He's accommodating and very helpful in helping me store my things. Plus the new digital and wireless access is a massive bonus. It helps me feel more secure knowing the gate is always closed and access is limited to tenants only.
I rented a locker when I first moved to this end of town for a couple of years and they were really good then. And now that I have a lot of stuff that I needed to move into a locker they were very, very helpful again. They had a really good deal at the beginning of the year which I was able to take advantage of. Ryan who manages the office is very good at what he does and covers all the bases. Rented a unit at the Canotek location for 8 weeks - the unit and the service were great! Ryan was very responsive and helpful. Convenient location just off the highway. Great experience overall. Will go back if I need storage in future.
Great place to store items. Easy gate entry with app, and good value for the money. Will be returning for future storage needs.
