We rent a storage for a saturay and NO ONE was at the facility despute the 9 to 12 hours of operation. We waited for HOURS. No one showed up. We called the company, we emailed them. They were saying that the manager was on their way shortly. And nothing. Got told by the head office yo come back in monday. We rent our moving truck for that day. We went somewhere else.
The costs for the smallest unit has increased constantly. The final straw was a 14% increase in less than 8 months since the last increase. I appreciate that costs go up, however the services are deteriorating and despite the constant increasing monthly fees nothing gets fixed. You advertise a gated facility, yet the gate has been broken for longer than I can remember. We chose this facility because of the gate security, but anyone can drive into the compound, so it is no more secure than other storage facilities. And th... read more
I travel a lot but have used this place for years now to store my things. Probably some of the best customer service I have ever received. Probably the best storage solution in the area 10/10
Quite funny really , first , I had been given the proper directions to my unit , but thought I was wrong so went back and was shown on a map ..10/10 perfect . Then got to the unit and opened it up to find a bunch of furniture in it , no lock , called to the front and had another unit assigned asap ! So I was happy .
