Jack was very helpful and obliging in giving top customer service to help me manage my storage needs which were a little complicated at the time. The location and access is excellent and facility in great condition and very well-run. The only thing I am not a fan of if the 28 day pay period. I would prefer just to pay on the first of the month as in other rentals.
Excellent facility. Secure, clean, convenient. Excellent management friendly, efficient, make every effort to ensure an easy and seamless move in experience.
Started using make a space storage in August of 2022. They have heated units which is nice. They also have paved grounds and boat storage as well. They make it very easy to check in and you get your own code to go in and out of the facility. There are lots of cameras and fully fenced yard. The boat storage area is covered. We eventually decided to move to a smaller unit. It was easy and painless to change. An excellent facility with good, friendly management.
I love Rose and Launa working at Makes Space in Pender Harbour, they provide an outstanding service to their customers. I had been there for a number of years, and never had any issues. The units and containers are all very clean and I can only highly recommend Make Space. If I ever need storage again, I will be going to them. Thank you for all the great service!
