I have been renting from Make Space Storage for over a year. I am very happy with their convenient location and affordable pricing. Their units are in great shape, I have no concerns regarding the safety of my rental unit. I highly recommend them.
Tried to change unit to a larger unit before moving in. Was told someone would call back. No call back. Extra charges not disclosed in advertised price. Admin fees , lock charge and some kind of insurance charge. Customer service is not local. Emails not returned, phone calls not returned. Invoice was a mess. Paid on advance for 8 weeks then they tried to charge me for a second month. Finally got hold of Patrick in Carleton Place and thankfully he cleared everything up. This has been a very good experience with Make Space Storage-Perth. The unit was clean when taking over our unit. We needed a little more storage space for some of our son’s belongings and this fit the bill to a “T”.
Great experience renting here! Very secure & convenient location. Accessing my unit is always smooth & stress free. Management is responsive when I have questions.
Great storage facility. Well lit, clean ,and well maintained property. My things were there for four years and I had no issues . Courteous and fair to deal with .
