Last minute I needed a storage space. I went online and there were problems finalizing everything. They put me through to the manager of the port coquitlam location -Christopher St. Amand. He went 100% out of his way to help me. He showed me the locker, ensured the space was adequate before finalizing paperwork. He walked me through everything and explained as he went. Throughout all this time, he has consistently been extremely helpful, efficient, and always willing to assist. As a former customer of Make space storage i highly recommend storing your belongings with them. Clean and safe with superb customer service. I was going to move in on Friday but had a emergency come up ,so i could not move in during business hours. Make Space is closed on Sundays but Ian met me in parking lot on Sunday to give me a fob so the movers could access the building and store my belongings. Chris was also kind and professional. I will use Make Space again if the need arises.
Fremont is an excellent storage facility. It's very secure, has well lit hallways that are motion-sensored, and good tunes filling the air waves creating an upbeat atmosphere. What truly makes it special is the positive energy both Chris and Ian bring to the place. They care that you are pleased with your rental experience and are eager to assist you with your storage needs. I'm happy that I'm storing here.
I was recommended by a friend to use this storage facility. He had been using storage facilities in the Langley and Surrey area for years, but when he found this, he said barn.
