Today I had the pleasure of speaking to Marvie about a problem with my payment that I wanted to ensure had been resolved. Marvie was sympathetic and supportive. I had mentioned I am a senior and hard of hearing and she was careful to make sure to speak slowly and clearly so I could understand every word. She not only checked that the issue I called about had been rectified, but looked further into my account and discovered both my email address and telephone number were wrong and corrected them, then read them back to me. Simple and easy to set up, no issues on arrival day with access or getting into the unit. Also the most reasonably priced compared to other facilities in the area.
