If I could give this business a negative review I would. My son had a storage unit and 10 days into the month the owner showed up and accused him of sleeping in the unit and trying to break into other units. Then he came back with his wife to apologize that they made a mistake. He said he would let the office know that he could be refunded back to the start of the month. Make Space has been excellent to work with. We had our trailer at their location in south Orillia and we requested to move to their Sundial location. Gisela was very helpful with accommodating this change. Thank you Gisela
My unit was broken into and my belongings were stolen. On the website they say safe secure. No it's not. They haven't even bothered to call me back after calling and leaving messages. This I not the first time that ppls units had things go missing. Care to explain Makspace? They responded to my review a month later. With a garbage answer that wasn't true. Hilarious
