Move-in was straightforward, the prices are reasonable, and this setup should really help my business with storage needs. I’m glad to be here! The staff has been great—friendly and communicative. I’m looking forward to continuing this relationship.
If I could give this business a negative review I would. My son had a storage unit and 10 days into the month the owner showed up and accused him of sleeping in the unit and trying to break into other units. Then he came back with his wife to apologize that they made a mistake. He said he would let the office know that he could be refunded back to the start of the month. Excellent service. Very knowledgeable and helped me decide what size unit i needed. Assisted me over the phone and got me all set up with a unit. Owner and staff were exceptionally professional and kind. Made the entire process so easy. Thanks for everything!
My unit was broken into and my belongings were stolen. On the website they say safe secure. No it's not. They haven't even bothered to call me back after calling and leaving messages. This I not the first time that ppls units had things go missing. Care to explain Makspace? They responded to my review a month later. With a garbage answer that wasn't true. Hilarious
Cliff was awesome and responded to my emails and my calls. He’s a very busy man because storage is big business. The storage was clean and Dave fella that runs the show at the storage was also amazing.! Highly recommended storage place!
