Excellent service. Very knowledgeable and helped me decide what size unit i needed. Assisted me over the phone and got me all set up with a unit. Owner and staff were exceptionally professional and kind. Made the entire process so easy. Thanks for everything!
If I could give this business a negative review I would. My son had a storage unit and 10 days into the month the owner showed up and accused him of sleeping in the unit and trying to break into other units. Then he came back with his wife to apologize that they made a mistake. He said he would let the office know that he could be refunded back to the start of the month. My unit was broken into and my belongings were stolen. On the website they say safe secure. No it's not. They haven't even bothered to call me back after calling and leaving messages. This I not the first time that ppls units had things go missing. Care to explain Makspace? They responded to my review a month later. With a garbage answer that wasn't true. Hilarious
Amazing, clean and super nice, organized staff extremely helpful and owner is always willing to make sure you are looked after and come first. just an amazing experience to have your stuff safe and taken care of will be using this place always if I need it again
My experience has been simple and easy. From start to finish no significant issues. When it comes to management I found good people which means a lot. Will continue to use forward.
