The manager contacted me well ahead of the booking date. They went over clear instructions. Multiple payment options were discussed. Access to the locked yard and unit was easy. The only piece of info that I wasn't aware of was the storage unit required 2 locks and I had only brought 1.

The manager is very nice, however, got a problem with my rental online. The system booked two. Then i called the manager and she said id get a refund on one of the unit and i kept getting text that my account was overdue. So i called her again to clarify if evedything was fine and she said yes. I called her to make sure my unit wouldnt be locked next time i would get to it ( travelling from prince rupert to the okanagan and i can show up any day to get some of my stuff and i wanna make sure my unit is good to go. ) She said ... read more

It was very easy dealing with them as it was my first time renting a storage unit. I am moving and this is making it easier to box my stuff up and get it out of the way.

Make Space Storage is so convenient..The staff is so supportive and honestly they are so amazing and give you your privacy..They are always there for support over the phone but aren't always in your face to make you uncomfortable...I have never met them but I know they are there and that makes me feel safe and the gated community is also one of the best features ..The units all come with huge sliding garage doors and the bigger units also come with a door as well..We were able to fit and move around with a big moving truck f... read more
