I had a great experience at Make Space Storage in White City. Ashish helped me with my unit, patiently explained the system as I was a first-time user, and made the whole process easy. He is very friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about his job. He knows his clients and work very well. Excellent customer service — highly recommend!
I was very happy with the service at Make Space. They reached out to me after sending me their quote on line and kept in touch while we were waiting to determine a date. Their staff were excellent-very helpful and easy to contact. The staff person from the company they used to deliver the container was extremely capable and went out of his way to help us move a vehicle into the container once it arrived. All in all, it was a ver positive experience. A special thanks to Ashish for your help.

Up date: Dave did finally contact us after we post this. I read this reply and I would like to answer the reply Dave had admit during the phone call it this has been a real problem and once again the door was left open and he closed it today. If this is for people to get pallets for their units then this should be totally closed off to the inside of the building so this issue that keeps reoccurring doesn't affect all other units inside this building.
