Up date: Dave did finally contact us after we post this. I read this reply and I would like to answer the reply Dave had admit during the phone call it this has been a real problem and once again the door was left open and he closed it today. If this is for people to get pallets for their units then this should be totally closed off to the inside of the building so this issue that keeps reoccurring doesn't affect all other units inside this building. Good unit in terms of size, accessibility, weather proof (i.e. dry no leaks) and security. App system to access through mani gate with cell phone works well, staff friendly and responsive. Suggestions: take care of the wet spots and pot-holes in the lanes, watch your pricing. We discontinued because we did not need the storage space any longer.
Lots of room and secure unit. Customer service was amazing too. Very happy.
I've been rented storage for awhile. Alot of service issues probably a result of Dave's absence a lot of times, understand due to health. New guy, same name Dave, was a pleasure to deal with. Great service provided to my recent request/issue I was in having dealing with movers
0 stars. I definitely do not recommend Make Space Storage White City. We had to change storage units after one year as the roof leaked and as a result my antique furniture was damaged. After much back and forth I found out that the $15 insurance premium I had been paying on top of my rental fee was wasted as their insurance would not cover my loss; I therefore had to go through my home insurance.
