Dr. Pilla was incredibly kind and listened intently to my concerns and current issues. She offered a ton of helpful advice and has a calming demeanor that put me at ease. I am very happy and hopeful to continue working with her after my first visit with her today.
The doctor is great. The parent company has you sign legal forms every visit that if you sue, you agree to use arbitration and wave your rights to a trial. They charge for every communication and prescription written outside an appointment. Monetizing healthcare at its finest.
I highly recommend Dr. Pilla. She is incredibly approachable, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. I saw her for over a year until I moved and in each session, I felt comfortable and heard.

I value the expertise available at Lifestance Health. Their appointment navigation could be a bit more user friendly - such as offering a direct link to the appropriate telemedicine appointment. I found myself waiting for the wrong provider for a recent appointment. Once I was correctly connected, the appointment was smooth, but I would have preferred a more user-friendly experience.
