I would give 0 stars if I could. She is very dismissive and acts like she is entitled. She does not care about her patients AT ALL. I needed a refill on an RX and because I moved, I sent her the exact address of the pharmacy through the patient portal. She sent it to my old pharmacy (simple mistake, but this happened twice. I value the expertise available at Lifestance Health. Their appointment navigation could be a bit more user friendly - such as offering a direct link to the appropriate telemedicine appointment. I found myself waiting for the wrong provider for a recent appointment. Once I was correctly connected, the appointment was smooth, but I would have preferred a more user-friendly experience.
My experience with Dr.Pilla was extremely disappointing. The psychiatrist was consistently unprofessional, often canceling appointments and showing a lack of respect during sessions. Most troubling was the abrupt and unexplained termination of our treatment. I felt abandoned and unsupported. I would not recommend Dr.Pilla to anyone seeking genuine mental health care.
Doctors and staff are great. No on waiting. Super helpful and thorough. Highly recommend.
Its unbelievable a mental health doctor would terminate services to a patient with psychiatric issues because they asked to send a prescription to a different pharmacy. Pure laziness and incompetence on this doctors behalf. People depend on their doctors to give them medication. This doctor needs to reevaluate why she is in the mental health field.
