The doctor is great. The parent company has you sign legal forms every visit that if you sue, you agree to use arbitration and wave your rights to a trial. They charge for every communication and prescription written outside an appointment. Monetizing healthcare at its finest.

I would give 0 stars if I could. She is very dismissive and acts like she is entitled. She does not care about her patients AT ALL. I needed a refill on an RX and because I moved, I sent her the exact address of the pharmacy through the patient portal. She sent it to my old pharmacy (simple mistake, but this happened twice. Last time this happened, I had to call both pharmacies multiple times. This time, I could not call because of school from morning to evening). My experience with Dr.Pilla was extremely disappointing. The psychiatrist was consistently unprofessional, often canceling appointments and showing a lack of respect during sessions. Most troubling was the abrupt and unexplained termination of our treatment. I felt abandoned and unsupported. I would not recommend Dr.Pilla to anyone seeking genuine mental health care.
