ROACHES,BEDBUGS,MICE,SPIDERS WARNING DO NOT MOVE HERE! WORST MANAGMENT EVER! PESTS IN EVERY APARTMENT AND ITS UR FAULT THEY SAY EVEN WHEN MULTIPLE TENANTS HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM THEY CHARGE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF IT.. WORST APT COMPLEX EVER! SAVE UR MONEY ITS TRASHY WITH TRASHY MANAGMENT..

I am so sorry that happened to you. We don't have bedbugs, roaches, mice or spiders anymore! We have a pest service and they treat the apartments quarterly on a schedule. On occasion a person will not allow us to spray and they get a pest, and that is the only time we would have a tenant pay for the service. We have worked very hard on manager and property issues. We hope if you are considering an apartment again you would give us a second chance!

Roach Motel Showed us a unit, but tried to moved us into another one that was full roaches. Stay Away!

I am so sorry that happened to you. We don't have pests anymore! We have a pest service and they treat the apartments quarterly on a schedule. On occasion a person will not allow us to spray and they get a pest. When that happens it threatens to invade other tenant's spaces. That is a time we would have a tenant pay for extra treatments for that pest or ask them to vacate the premises so we can treat the issue for everyone else in the community. Murderers The landlord here is nice to your face, but when we started moving he intentionally bug-bombed our unit 5 cans in a small 1 bedroom--3x the recommended amount) while our cats were there. When we asked why he did this, he claimed that someone else had broken in to set off the bombs, that he knew nothing. He killed our cats without a bit of remorse.
