It was slow starting and took a few days but I am totally happy with my new A/C unit. I am very comfortable in my apt with cooler temperatures. The guys were very friendly and professional. It was very warm in my apartment for bout week and a half, the last wkend was never below 85 degrees Fahrenheit. Now it's nice and cool. Thank you ALL that were involved.

I don't think it's right that I had the cost of the replacement of curtains and carpets withheld from my apartment deposit. I paid a $300 pet deposit and those costs should have come out of my pet deposit. So basically I had to pay a $300 pet deposit for the enjoyment of sitting on my couch and holding my cat in my lap. Ridiculous!
