Mall of Georgia Ford is my go-to dealership for all my service needs. I trust them with both my 2024 Ford F-150 and my 2025 Mustang GT, and I wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else. My service advisor, Brian, is always awesome to work with and is a big reason I keep coming back. It’s not always about saving a few dollars—it’s about getting excellent service you can trust. THE MOST Disappointing experience EVER. I had my Platinum Expedition for the 65k oil service and also A/C repair. I paid A LOT of money and I thought that Ford dealership will be trustworthy and will take care of my vehicle but my vehicle was very badly abused in return. My first time bringing my explorer to this location and my experience was a 10/10! My car was serviced for an oil change and a tire rotation. Although I didn’t schedule an appointment, I was greeted quickly. My Services took a little over a hour. To me, that was quick and efficient. Mr. McCalla was very personable and informative.
I had an excellent experience with the service department. My Service Advisor, Harry McCalla, was professional, friendly, and communication was excellent throughout the process. The repair was completed on my older Ranger for an air bag recall, and the work was finished more quickly than expected. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally, and I truly appreciate the great customer service. I would definitely recommend this dealership’s service department to others.
I have bought several vehicle from mall of Georgia Ford. My wife loves her F150! Service has always been top notch. My truck had some warranty work done and I was given a new rental without issue.
