Mall of Georgia Ford is my go-to dealership for all my service needs. I trust them with both my 2024 Ford F-150 and my 2025 Mustang GT, and I wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else. My service advisor, Brian, is always awesome to work with and is a big reason I keep coming back. It’s not always about saving a few dollars—it’s about getting excellent service you can trust. THE MOST Disappointing experience EVER. I had my Platinum Expedition for the 65k oil service and also A/C repair. I paid A LOT of money and I thought that Ford dealership will be trustworthy and will take care of my vehicle but my vehicle was very badly abused in return. I reached out to see how I can use my soon to be expiring. Ralphie was able to tell me how much $$ I had in points and helped me find a service to use. He offered valet pick up, which helped me be able to work remote and not have to get someone to pick up or drop off. The only complaint I have is the old oil change sticker had the glue still on my windshield. Other than that it was a fantastic experience.
I have bought several vehicle from mall of Georgia Ford. My wife loves her F150! Service has always been top notch. My truck had some warranty work done and I was given a new rental without issue.
The interactions and experience I had on this repair compared to the last time I had to have a repair was much much better. Aaron was friendly, professional, and communicated the progress of the repair. I was very grateful for Erin, Santiago, and whoever else might've been involved in going to bat for us to get Ford to cover a good portion of our repair.
