I took my truck in for an alignment, but they told me it couldn’t be done because some parts were damaged. They said I needed to pay for a diagnostic, and then quoted me almost $3,000 to replace ball joints. They didn’t even provide proper paperwork clearly explaining what exactly needed to be repaired. Our new 2020 f350 had to have a new engine installed and Ford was able to have it happen within days of dropping off the truck. To top it off, the truck ran great and not a scratch on the truck with all the work that had to be done to get the job done. Mall of Georgia Ford is definitely one of the best dealers that I have dealt with in my 45 years of owning Ford vehicles. They are my trusted dealership for all my ford vehicle maintenance!
I've been getting my 23 raptor serviced at mall of GA ford for 2 years now. This was the first time I've used the valet pick up and drop off from my house and it was amazing! I will definitely be taking advantage of this service in the future! Also I used to own a 2018 f-150 lariat. I purchased it from Gwinnett ford in Duluth. I had it maintained and serviced at that dealership. Your service department, personnel and management is 1000% better! It truly is a night and day difference! Thanks for all you do!
This was a very good experience. I pulled right in after my appointment and everything went very smooth and they had the diagnostic and estimates done within 24 hours. Of course some of the dealer pricing is a little bit higher but the service is great and you have a warranty on the work.
First time at MOG Ford for service on my Lincoln MKX and it was fantastic. I dealt with Jeff who was polite, courteous and professional which is lacking in a lot of organizations these days. Jeff kept me updated on the progress with my vehicle every step of the way. He went above and beyond answering all my questions and making sure I understood what was happening. I will be calling Jeff and returning to MOG Ford for any future service or repairs. Highly recommended. 10/10 service.
