Had first service done on my 2024 bronco sport badlands, also Zak paint protection, and had fender flares installed, turned out awesome, Aliana did great job as my service advisor, getting me transportation back and forth. Have bought several vehicles from mall of Georgia Ford,return for service, would highly recommend when you're looking for a vehicle or service.
Mall of Georgia Ford is presently a great place to go to have your car serviced. The service advisor, Mateo, once again went above and beyond the call of duty at my service appointment. He kept me updated as my brakes were being repaired, and he treated me with utmost respect. I also watched him interact with other customers and they received the same special treatment I received. Everyone was attentive and gracious. I was checked in right away and explained the wait time for the recall to be serviced. They right away offered to shuttle me home. I was so appreciative of the service because it was going to be a 4-5 hour wait. They also offered to bring my vehicle to my house when finished. I’ve been going to Mall Of Ga Ford for a while now. They do a great job a servicing the cars and also are on time,fair, and accommodating. It seems like it’s a top down kind of place. The top leadership really does a great job of keeping an eye on things and people seem happy to work here. Great prices for trade ins and new and used cars as well.
