Our new 2020 f350 had to have a new engine installed and Ford was able to have it happen within days of dropping off the truck. To top it off, the truck ran great and not a scratch on the truck with all the work that had to be done to get the job done. Mall of Georgia Ford is definitely one of the best dealers that I have dealt with in my 45 years of owning Ford vehicles. They are my trusted dealership for all my ford vehicle maintenance!

Had first service done on my 2024 bronco sport badlands, also Zak paint protection, and had fender flares installed, turned out awesome, Aliana did great job as my service advisor, getting me transportation back and forth. Have bought several vehicles from mall of Georgia Ford,return for service, would highly recommend when you're looking for a vehicle or service.
First experience was not so good. Went in for a tpm issue and was told the entire tire had to be replaced as they found some type of a puncture sealant in the tire (car is brand new and I did not use this product). On second try (for an unrelated recall issue) they fixed the tpm for no charge! Overall i am satisfied but wish they didn't have me driving the car for months with the tpm sensor error showing up. Overall smooth experience. Large waiting area with coffee and snacks.
Super disappointed in this service visit. They admitted to not even looking at the car yet are trying to charge $10,000 to fix the bearings. They said it will take 25 labor hours to fix. I left and took my car to a different service provider who charged $1K and did it in 4 hours. I lost my $200 for a "diagnosis" that didn't even happen. My friend was able to tell me over the phone without even looking at the car that the bearings were the problem. So why was this diagnosis $200?
