Had first service done on my 2024 bronco sport badlands, also Zak paint protection, and had fender flares installed, turned out awesome, Aliana did great job as my service advisor, getting me transportation back and forth. Have bought several vehicles from mall of Georgia Ford,return for service, would highly recommend when you're looking for a vehicle or service.

Awesome service! Michelle was able to get me right in even though I had accidentally made an appointment at a different dealer and had me out of there on time. Great waiting room in the service bay where I was able to get free coffee and some snack bars. Great overall experience.

I am beyond disappointed and would never bring your car here. I have a 3 year old car that was having significant issues. I brought it here to be fixed. I left my car here for 3 weeks (no rental was offered at all) and they constantly were giving me a run around. The service advisor, Brandon, told me the car couldn’t be fixed, then that they ordered the part. I finally called a week after that and was told my car was fixed and I could pick it up that day. I tried the valet service for a routine maintenance trip to the dealership for the first time. All went very well. My service representative, Marvin, kept me informed through the day as to the progress of my service. At the end of the day, my truck was returned to me with all requested items completed.
