Service for your Ford? Do yourself a favor and ask for Stephanie as your service advisor. She is amazing! Knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, and a problem solver! Haven't always had the best experiences with dealers servicing my vehicles but she makes the onerous task easy and pain-free.
There has been a change of management that appears to have created a much better experience. I'm a customer of many years and, as it stands, I recommend them!
It's not easy going to car dealerships and it's already expected that you'll have to deal with being there for a long amount of hours and negotiations. However, I was literally in and out faster than ever before. Great service and straightforward. That's the way I like to do business! This dealership is always so easy to work with. My latest purchase was yesterday and it was a 2021 Ford Explorer I would have to say the process was great and Carter my sales guy was fabulous at answering all my questions and replying to my many emails very quickly. He was my main decision for going back to this dealership as I was checking other places but they were not as good about responding.
