I have bought several vehicle from mall of Georgia Ford. My wife loves her F150! Service has always been top notch. My truck had some warranty work done and I was given a new rental without issue.
I took my truck in for an alignment, but they told me it couldn’t be done because some parts were damaged. They said I needed to pay for a diagnostic, and then quoted me almost $3,000 to replace ball joints. They didn’t even provide proper paperwork clearly explaining what exactly needed to be repaired. I decided not to move forward with the repair, yet they still charged me $200 for the alignment — even though the alignment was never performed — plus the diagnostic fee. Our new 2020 f350 had to have a new engine installed and Ford was able to have it happen within days of dropping off the truck. To top it off, the truck ran great and not a scratch on the truck with all the work that had to be done to get the job done. Mall of Georgia Ford is definitely one of the best dealers that I have dealt with in my 45 years of owning Ford vehicles. They are my trusted dealership for all my ford vehicle maintenance!
I've been getting my 23 raptor serviced at mall of GA ford for 2 years now. This was the first time I've used the valet pick up and drop off from my house and it was amazing! I will definitely be taking advantage of this service in the future! Also I used to own a 2018 f-150 lariat. I purchased it from Gwinnett ford in Duluth. I had it maintained and serviced at that dealership. Your service department, personnel and management is 1000% better! It truly is a night and day difference! Thanks for all you do!
