Ms Denise has done above and beyond she has made my stay extremely pleasurable. I’ve been here for 3 yrs and her time as a property manager here at Mallalieu Point has been professional whenever I need assistance in maintenance or concerns she’s just a phone call away! Ms. Denise Lathan is phenomenal! From the application process to the move in she has been very helpful. She called and checked on me throughout the entire process and kept me abreast as to what the next steps were. She is very professional and cares about the residents here. I’ve been a resident of Mallaihu point for the past five years & it has been a pleasure. The community is quiet & the people there are more like family than neighbors, we all look out for each other. My property manager Ms Denise is AMAZING!
