I move to Mallalieu Pionte February 17, 2026. Resident manager Latisha Johnson was very helpful. She kept me informed on everything. From the application to the move in. My next door neighbors Mrs.Linda and Mr. Jeremiah made me feel welcome. Glad to have such good neighbors. I also met James he lives up stairs. Very nice guy . I believe, I'm going to like living here. Maintenance guy Mr. Eddie is also very nice.
If I can give this place a zero stars I would because I’ve been calling these apartments for about two months just to get a simple tour. I called a few times the first of month. No one will answer mind you the number on Google is completely wrong so you have to go into the website to get the number. I went up there it literally eight minutes from my job. No one was there. Ms Denise has done above and beyond she has made my stay extremely pleasurable. I’ve been here for 3 yrs and her time as a property manager here at Mallalieu Point has been professional whenever I need assistance in maintenance or concerns she’s just a phone call away! Always available to assist in my needs. When you have a Prop Manager as Ms Denise ….what a great asset to have on your team. Kudos Ms Denise your the best!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Ms. Denise Lathan is phenomenal! From the application process to the move in she has been very helpful. She called and checked on me throughout the entire process and kept me abreast as to what the next steps were. She is very professional and cares about the residents here.
