Have lived here for over 2 years - good floor plan, nice space, good value for the money - problem with activities for residents - things get cancelled a lot - also under new management with new rules/regulations - not allowing residents to "socialize" in all open areas - trying to keep residents in designated areas - consequently causing ill feelings among the tenants.
