Dr.Allen is the absolute best pedestrian hands down!! My newborn had a slow weight gain after being diagnosed with GERD, we seen several doctors and specialists who were unsuccessful in getting my newborn where he needed to be. We were admitted to the hospital several times, 56 days total. I finally found doctor Allen! My son now is 5 months, and weighs 13 lbs, and is now on an uphill to growing big and strong! Both of our kids have seen Dr. Allen since 2019 and we've always had a positive experience. Grateful for her technical knowledge, warm demeanor, and medical wisdom. The whole staff is easy to communicate with, too!
Went to our first appointment with Dr. Allen and we felt really great about picking her as a pediatrician. She is very personable but also will answer your questions directly. She also will round at Baton Rouge General birth center which was important to us. So far we highly recommend.
We love Dr. Allen! She takes time to establish rapport with my baby before starting her assessment each visit and listens to all of my concerns, addressing each one of them before the end of the visit. I never feel like she’s rushing in and out; she’s very thorough. Highly recommend!
