Miranda & Ginger were nice and provided good customer service. They were Prompt, Helpful, Caring and Concerned. They both kept me informed about my case and I received my “very small/ tiny” settlement timely. On another note, I had to contact them several times about a medical bill that was not paid, and was about to be sent to collections all because “someone” dropped the ball and did not pay the bill causing multiple messages regarding a delinquent bill. - Very frustrating. Margo was my attorney and kept me updated all through the process of getting my back corrected as well as what mama Justice was doing on their end. They fought from beginning to end and didn't except a any answer from the defendant.
