Miranda & Ginger were nice and provided good customer service. They were Prompt, Helpful, Caring and Concerned. They both kept me informed about my case and I received my “very small/ tiny” settlement timely. On another note, I had to contact them several times about a medical bill that was not paid, and was about to be sent to collections all because “someone” dropped the ball and did not pay the bill causing multiple messages regarding a delinquent bill. - Very frustrating.
